Pickup Information
With transportation included: Hotel pickup starts at 08:00 AM WITA across Ubud, Denpasar, Seminyak, Canggu, Kuta, and Sanur. We’ll take you straight to the climbing starting point in a spacious, comfortable vehicle. For pickups outside these areas, exact pickup times will be informed in advance.
Without transportation: Please arrive at the starting point no later than 10:00 AM WITA. We’ll send you the meeting point details so you can head straight there to meet your guide.
Itinerary
10:40 PM WITA – Arrive at the Mount Agung registration office.
10:50 – 11:00 PM WITA – Settle in and prepare your trekking gear while warming up with hot coffee and freshly fried bananas, served by your guide at the starting point.
11:10 PM WITA – The adventure begins. Starting at 1,100 m above sea level, you’ll trek through five checkpoints along the Edelweiss route:
05:00 AM WITA -Arrive at the camping location. Your tent and campsite are already set up and ready, so you can settle in straight away and rest after the trek
06:00 AM WITA – Enjoy a special dinner with sunset view – hot coffee and a delicious hot meal prepared by your guide as the sun sets over the island of Bali.
07:00 AM WITA – Gather around the bonfire to warm up and unwind, with the twinkling lights of the cities below stretching out across the night.
02:30 AM WITA – Wake up early and prepare your gear for the final ascent to the peak of Mount Agung.
03:30 AM WITA – Begin the summit climb with your guide by your side.
05:50 AM WITA – Stand on the true summit at 3,142 m as the sun rises. Your guide will prepare warm snacks while you take in the breathtaking sunrise, with views of Mount Batur below and Mount Rinjani on the distant Lombok skyline.
07:30 AM WITA – Begin the descent back to the campsite.
10:00 AM WITA – Arrive at pos 5 camp area, where your guide will have hot coffee or tea, snacks, and a freshly prepared breakfast waiting for you.
11:00 AM WITA – Pack up and continue the descent back to the starting point of the climb.
02:00 PM WITA – Arrive back at the starting point, where your driver will be ready to take you back to your hotel. Tour concludes — with memories (and photos) to last a lifetime.
